POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Assist the Head Dive Coach with day to day running of a successful dive team including but not limited to; attend all dive practices, meets, and counties, assist coaching dive practices, meets, and counties, and attending all gator team functions, and any other
duties required by the Head Dive Coach or Aquatics Director.
SUMMARY REQUIREMENTS:
● Must have current Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate
● Must possess excellent communications skills
● Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
● A positive attitude while encouraging inclusiveness among all divers participants
● Prior experience coaching/ diving required

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
● Promote the Gator Dive team to the membership
● To arrive on time and ready to jump into the pool when necessary
● Ability to work under wet, hot, and humid conditions
● Attend all diving practice, dive meets, and counties
● Attend weekly Aquatic Meetings with Aquatics Director & Aquatic Coaches
● Be in accordance of the FCSL code of conduct in all meets and counties
● Keep attendance of participants for practices, games, and tournaments
● Ensuring all Dive equipment is stored safely, dried, and inventoried
● Carry out any other tasks as designated by the Aquatics Director
