Join the Shore and Country Club as a Lifeguard for the 2026 summer season!

The Shore and Country Club is seeking motivated and enthusiastic lifeguards. Must be Lifeguard Certified (CPR/AED & First Aid).

Job Requirements:
Possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or equivalent.
Swim continuously for 300 yards.
Communicate with others effectively.
Act swiftly in an emergency.
Ensure member safety and protect lives.
Be in uniform on deck during shift.
Be timely for scheduled shifts.
Report all accidents/incidents to the director of pool operations.

Weekend availability is required.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the job duties, the employee is frequently required to: climb, kneel, reach, push, swim, crouch, stand, pull, grasp, navigate stairs, stoop, crawl, walk, lift, talk, hear, and sit.
