The Pool Subdirector works closely with the Pool Director and steps in during their absence, supporting daily pool operations and supervising staff from May through September. Responsibilities include supervising lifeguards, assisting with scheduling, managing opening and closing procedures, responding to incidents, and assisting aquatic staff with swim meets. Candidates must have current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications, prior lifeguard experience, and weekend availability. Pay is competitive.
