Responsible for overseeing the swim program, including planning and directing practices, developing training plans, and improving athletes’ technique, performance, and fitness. Lead and mentor assistant coaches, ensure swimmer safety, and foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and motivation. Manages competition strategy, evaluates performance, coordinates meets, communicates with parents and administration, and handles program logistics such as scheduling and equipment.
