Field Club of Greenwich - Head Swim Coach

Job Summary:
For the summer 2025 season, GFC is looking for a driven and committed Head Swim Coach to join our team. Someone with a solid grasp of swimming technique and a desire to work with athletes of different ability levels would be perfect for this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Swim Coach will be responsible for :
● Hiring an assistant coach
● Developing swimmers’ abilities
● Run swim meets following the FCSL protocols
● Create meet lineups
● Creating a positive team atmosphere.
● Coaching swim practices from Monday to Friday
● Delivering private instruction (lessons) at members' request
