SYC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Swim Coach and Lifeguard to join our team for the summer season. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of swimming techniques and a desire to work with athletes of varying skill levels. The Assistant Swim Coach will support the Head Coach in running effective practices, developing swimmers’ abilities, and creating a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities including assisting the Head Coach in conducting daily swim practices, from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM, and attending and assisting with the management of all SYC meets, including providing input into meet lineups. Lifeguarding hours will be offered between practice times.
