Roxbury Swim & Tennis Club is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position of Assistant Swim Coach, who will be the assistant swim coach of our FCSL Division 1 Swim Team and Future Stars developmental swim program. The ideal candidate is passionate about the sport of swimming, focused on swimmer development, and enjoys working with children.

Qualifications include: 1) A thorough knowledge of competitive swimming and stroke mechanics; 2) Previous competitive swim team experience (swim coaching and/or teaching experience a plus); 3) An enthusiastic and energetic personality; 4) Good communication skills; and 5) A record of dependability.
